Tourism workers are often hard to please and always have suggestions for improvement. However, here is a hotel on the Peloponnese where we stayed and can confidently say it is perfect. The credit for these praises certainly goes to Spiros Vassilis, the owner of this family-run hotel, always smiling and ready for a chat or assistance if needed. In the off-season, he goes fishing with his boat and also owns an olive grove that he cares for, which rewards him with juicy olives that he turns into high-quality olive oil, available for use during breakfast at the hotel.
A Breakfast Fit for Royalty
Every morning, you will wake up to the sound of cicadas and enjoy breakfast on the hotel terrace, watching fishermen return with their catch and anticipating one of the main attractions of this place—large sea turtles that come right up to the shore.
This breakfast can be described as unique. Omelets with cheese, tomatoes, ham, and peppers can be the base of your breakfast, followed by or accompanied by fresh peaches, watermelon, melon, and cactus fruit. With Greek yogurt, you can enjoy ciropites (Greek pie with feta cheese), bougatsa (Greek pie with vanilla cream and powdered sugar), and special baked toast with ham and cheese. Finally, there are delicious cakes with juice and several types of coffee. We recommend Freddo cappuccino and cold chocolate.
High Standards of Hygiene
The apartments surround the central reception and offer a beautiful sea view. They are cleaned daily with a change of towels and bathrobes, as well as the wonderful pomegranate shampoos that are refreshing after a day in the sun.

The hotel is built in accordance with the traditional architecture of the region, blending perfectly with the surrounding stone and trees, offering a unique view of the Messinian Gulf and the mountains. It is surrounded by cobbled streets and small gardens.
It is located at the entrance to Limeni, one of the most charming coastal settlements in Mani, just 200 meters from a swimming spot. It is situated on an exceptional location, on a hill with a beautiful view of Limeni and the turquoise blue sea.
Vasilios Hotel Apartments consists of six two-story buildings and offers a total of 11 rooms of different types, with capacities to accommodate 2 to 4 people. It has two two-room apartments for 4 people, five double rooms, and four triple studios. The hotel has a reception, a living room with a fireplace, Wi-Fi internet access, and ample parking.
